19 Oct THE BiRTH

Today starts a new year. A rebirth of me. With the new year, you set goals, expectations run high and you also get to reflect on the year that has past. As I reflect, man what a year that was. As much as I cursed it, it will go down as one of the best years of my life. I will never forget it as it has changed my life forever. I lost one of my best friends, I faced circumstances that I never anticipated and out of it all came the birth of RE:THiNK.

The 9 month gestation period that we have all gone through, allows us to develop and make sure we have everything we need physically before entering the world. Well the past year was another gestation period for me however it was more mental development than physical. Although I did have success physically losing 42 pounds, the mental ass-whooping I took sometimes leaves me speechless.

God knows what you need even when you think it is not fair. When you get in your right mind, you can see why God does things to you which are ultimately for you to grow. As I continue to grow, I will share my experiences, in belief it will help another grow.
